creating an invoice for a landscaping job
HELP This bookkeeping business is all new to me. I have a landscaping business. Am creating job estimates. There are no 'items' to invoice. The job is repairing a parking lot. My expenses are time, machinery time and fill. What do I enter in PRODUCT? Should I put 'repair'? I can enter a description, no problem. What is the QUANTITY? Do I enter multiple lines? one for the fill materials, one for the time on my machines? What is the RATE? do I leave that blank?
