I have error 101, over 1 month. I have spoken to chat support, sent emails, clicked 'report erorr'. I know they are looking at the problem there is no update.

I appreciate getting back to us, enquiries.

For now, our banking team provided a workaround to import the transactions manually. You can check this article for the detailed steps: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1776029.

Once you have the file, follow these to import the data:

  1. Click Banking on the left pane.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  4. Click the small arrow icon by the Update button.
  5. Select File upload.

You'll receive an email update once the issue is resolved. Thank you for extending your patience.
