So far, we haven't received similar issues reported. To better isolate the issue, you may want to use another browser and try to update the Banking page.

- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N.
To update your banking page:
- Click Banking from the navigation panel.
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Select the account you're updating.
- Click the Update button at the top right.
If you're still getting the same issue, I recommend to update your sign-in information for online banking and try to connect your Santander account again.
