I just purchased another QuickBooks account. How do I add the new account to my existing accounts, so that I can view them all from one app?

I'd like to help with your QuickBooks account, Tobijah.

 

Did you use the same email address or User ID when the new account was purchased? If so, it'll be added automatically to the list of companies under your account. Then, you just need to switch between companies. Here's how:

 

iOS devices

  1. Go to the main menu and scroll down to Settings.
  2. Tap Switch Company.
  3. Select which company you'd like to open.

Android devices

  1. From the main menu, tap the drop-down list next to the current company name.
  2. Select which company you'd like to open.

If a completely different information was used, you can go to the web version of QBO and follow the steps in this article: Sign In To Multiple Companies With One User ID.

 

Also, make sure to use the existing ID in case you'll be adding more companies in the future. Here's how to add them under your existing user ID.
