First, log in to the private browser and let's see if you're able to get into the invoice. Using the private browser doesn't store local files or cache. This way, you will know if it's your regular browser which causes this unexpected behavior.
Follow the private browser's shortcut keys:
If everything works fine in the invoice, you can go back to your original browser and clear the cache. This lets your browser start fresh. Also, you can use a compatible browser with QuickBooks Online.
