I am not able to run payroll for last two weeks that ends on 12th July 2019, my quick book payroll subscription got expired which was renewed yesterday.

You've reached the right place for assistance, info342.

Once you've renewed your payroll subscription, you should be able to run payroll. In your case, let's check if it's successful.

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
  3. From the Payroll section, verify it the status is Subscribed.

Subscribed means your payroll is active already. If not, you'll see Resubscribe. Click on it to update the billing information.

If you've verified already that it's activated, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They can check your account why you're unable to run payroll.

  1. Go to the Help and select Contact us.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern, then click Let's talk.
  3. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.

Let me know if you have other questions about payroll.
