How do I turn off accepting Credit Card payments for all new invoices? If I don't uncheck it, clients choose that method -- but I only want to accept ACH online payments.

At this time, there's no feature in QuickBooks Self-Employed to turn-off the feature to accept payment through credit card. 

By default, when you create a new invoice, both options will have a check mark (bank transfer and credit card). For the meantime, you can uncheck the Credit card (payment method) every time you create an invoice. This way, your clients will only have the option to pay you through bank transfer.
