Activities on invoice (adding comment) - where has this functionality gone.

Last month i was able to add to an invoice a comment that would be sent to the customer. I was using this to confirm that we had received payment. This functionality now appears to be missing. Is this a planned functionality change, or am i encountering a bug ?

Thanks for providing that screenshot, unfortunately this feature was phased out of our UK product a few months ago. If you found this useful and would like it re-instated please leave feedback via the Gear icon > Feedback, this will go directly to the developers who implement the developments based on the number of demands :)

Hello BullsSec,

 

 

Are you referring to the 'message on invoice'? If so this feature has not been removed and you should have a box to enter text on the invoice template, which will then appear on the invoice to the customer.

 

If you do not see this, please try clearing the cache on the browser to test if this is causing a display issue.

Cache cleared. It is not the message on invoice, next to the activities section there used to be a box where you could enter a message that would be sent to the invoice recipient, and then listed as an activity. This is no longer there. Please see attached screenshot for what it should look like !!!!
