My accountant was invited as Admin (Accountant) but every time Accept Invitation was clicked it says "something went wrong", already tried incognito & cleared cached data

We can try other troubleshooting steps to get your accountant added, jme.

When inviting your accountant, let's make sure they are logged out from their QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Its possible QBO recognizes other account preventing them from accepting the invitation.

Once done, invite your accountant again.

If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll investigate what's causing this issue.

Here's how to reach them:
  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us through Chat or Start an email.
