If you’re unable to see anything after selecting Dashboard, this window might have been set as private. You can just change it to public by selecting the switch icon next to PRIVACY in your Dashboard window.
Though, if you’re still unable to bring it up, try opening it again on a private gateway or an incognito. You can also clear your browser’s cache, or use a different one particularly if everything works fine on a private window. Web-based applications like QBO might act unusual if there are too many files saved in your browser’s cache.
