It looks like one of your products or services is inactive. That might be the reason why you're getting an error.
To fix this, let's review the product list and make them active if needed. I'm here to show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then choose Products and Services.
- Click the Filter icon.
- Under Status, select All and hit Apply.
- Should you need to restore the deleted items, simply click the Make active link.
Once done, try syncing the products to your PestraShop app.
