My customer made a payment on an invoice I raised on QB & while the invoice shows paid, the payment has not hit my bank account yet. Been 6 days. Does it take longer?

Answer

It depends on what method of payment that was used by your customer, michezocyl.

The payment will reach your bank account usually on the next business day (processed up to 3:00 PM PST) if it was processed through credit card. It will take 2-7 business days for ACH or QuickBooks bank transfer. However, you may check with your bank because for some it takes longer. 

However, if it's already beyond the time span given, I suggest contacting QuickBooks Online Payments & Merchant Service Center support. Check this link to get their phone number: https://community.intuit.com/browse/payments-contact-us. They have the tools to locate the funds in a safe and secure environment.
