You'll have to cancel and subscribe QuickBooks again to change the location. And I'd be happy you through the steps.
To cancel the QuickBooks account, here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Click the Billing and Subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
- Follow the steps on screen to cancel your subscription.
Once done, an email will be sent to confirm that your subscription has been canceled.

Then, you can now subscribe for a new QuickBooks account again with the correct location.
