I submitted payroll, why can I not view the paystub?

Hi @clutchheavyhauli,

 

You should be able to view paystubs online after submitting your payroll.

 

Let's access your pay stubs through PaycheckRecord.com. This is to check if you're able to view your payroll from ViewMyPaycheck page. Use the same login credentials with your QuickBooks Workforce.

 

If the same issue persist, you can use a private browser when accessing QuickBooks Workforce to isolate the issue. Browsing privately disables the cache form saving your data, and it;s a good way to check issues cause by a full cache.

 

When that works, you can then clear your browsing history to delete the stored data that can cause some odd errors. 

 

If you're still unable to view your paystubs online, I recommend contacting our ViewMyPaycheck Team. This way, they can check if your payroll is sync to the new online access.
