QB POS 2018 to GoPayment App mobile sync shows all items in desktop inventory are synced (confirmed by sync activity log), but many of them not showing on mobile device.

You can store an unlimited number of items in the Mobile Payments account. However, the number of items displayed on the app may be limited depending on your device's memory. 

To help fix this, you’ll need to complete the sync process to ensure all items in your POS are showing on the mobile device. Allow me to guide you through the steps.

  1. Open the GoPayment app from your mobile device.
  2. Log into your QuickBooks Payments Account.
  3. Once the menu is opened, go to Settings.
  4. Tap Sync Items under Sync Settings.
