Direct Deposit setup failed, due to incorrect acct info, but I can't find how to update the information and have the DD process try to verify the bank account.

When incorrect account information is used during the direct deposit set up, you can update it via bank account change request. First, download the form and submit it to us via email or fax.

Complete the verification, and activation steps to successfully use direct deposit. If you need to pay the employees, you can issue paper checks.

Once the account is updated, check your bank statement after two to three banking days. Look for the two test debits which you need to enter in the QuickBooks Account Maintenance page to verify your Direct Deposit bank account information.
