I missed an employee and ran payroll for this Friday. How can I add them now?

Hi there, 

 

Running payroll is an essential part of your business, and it's important that no one is left behind! If you've ran payroll and missed one employee, don't worry. Simply go through the same process of running payroll, but select only this employee for the pay run. 

 

To run payroll for one employee, select the Employees tab on the left navigation menu, then click Run Payroll and check the box next to their name from the list of employees. Ensure that no other employee has been checked-off. If you've already submitted payroll for the remaining employees, the system shouldn't allow you to run this through a second time anyways. Enter all necessary information, then click Preview Payroll. If everything looks correct, click Submit Payroll. 

 

Note: Ensure you're selecting the proper date-range at the top of the payroll screen. Since you've already ran payroll this week, the system may bump you to the next pay period as a default. Simply click the drop-down menu to select this week's pay period.
