How can I go back to the principal menu if my profile is showing me only reports?

I can help you resolve the missing tabs from your QBO account, regeane.

Are the tabs from the left menu missing from your account? If so, just click on the hamburger icon on top of your company logo. I'll be adding a screenshot below for your reference. 

If the steps mentioned above didn't work, I suggest clearing the cache of the browser that you're currently using. This is to isolate and verify if this is a browser issue.

First, try using a private browser or an incognito window when trying to log in to your account and check if the menu from the left navigation bar. If it works, clear the cache in the one that you're currently using:

  • For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
