I recently upgraded my phone and my mileage log was deleted. Also, any transactions that I forwarded to the app were gone. Is there a way to recover the logs?

Upgraded from an iPhone 7 to an 8.  The app was on my new phone, but not the mileage log and any forwarded transactions.

Hello there, tracytg1982,

You should still be able to view your tracked miles and forwarded transactions after upgrading to a new phone. Your data is stored in your account so you should be able to retain all information. 

You can open your account using a browser to check those information. I'd suggest pulling up the mileage log report and open the list of your transactions. Let me guide you how.

  1. Go to the Reports  menu.
  2. Select Mileage Log.
  3. Set the date range.
  4. Click View.

On the other hand, go to the Transactions menu so you can view all your account's transactions.

If you're able to view your miles and transactions using the browser, you can try to uninstall and reinstall your app. Once completed, you can log back in to your account to check if you're now able to view the same information.
