How how do I access my records from 2015 through 2018

Let’s login to your correct QuickBooks Self-Employed account so you’ll be able to access your old records.

If you’re unsure what username or password to use, let’s perform the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Access your account via
  2. Below Sign In button, select the link I forgot my User ID or Password.
  3. Type your phone numberemail or the exact User ID.
  4. If you enter your email address, you‘ll receive an email where you can see the Reset Password link.
  5. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.

Once logged in, you can now access your records. Ensure to use the correct Date Range in the Transactions page.

Here’s how: 

  1. Choose Transactions from the menu tab. 
  2. In the transactions page, click the drop-down menu for the Date filter box.
  3. Select the Date range of the transaction you’re looking for.

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
