I received an email about a charge not being processed. I do not have any Quickbooks products associated with my account, so I am confused as to why this is happening.
I would like this resolved ASAP - it appears I have been paying for products that I have not been using.
This was in the email:
Customer account: [removed]
Billing date: [removed]
Payment method: Credit card
Credit card: [removed]
Amount due: $36.00
