I opened my app and paid they fee thru my account with Apple but I am not able to log in and it keeps asking me to pay again.

My account was originally provided thru my online account with my TurboTax return. If it paid it they iTunes does that mean it created a new account? I need to log into my account already established.

Let me share an overview about your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. 

You can continue using the subscription without any issues after you've paid it. To verify if you're currently subscribed to your account and to check if payment was successful, I suggest contacting our Support Team.  They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Click the Help menu on the upper right.
  3. Select Contact us.
  4. Fill in Ask a question.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Choose Chat as your preferred method to contact support:
