How do you post dd payments for a payment plan for electricity.

You can enter the payment as an expense or cheque transaction, @character21.

 

I'll show you how:

  1. Click the Plus icon (+) on the Toolbar.
  2. Under Suppliers, select Expense or Cheque.
  3. Choose the Payee from the drop-down list.
  4. Specify the Bank Account where the money will be withdrawn.
  5. Enter the necessary details of the transaction.
  6. Select the Print option if you want to print the check.
  7. Select Save and close or Save and new.
