Why won't quickbooks intuit accept my debit card(s) to renew my subscription. Keeps saying "We were unable to process your payment. Please update your card."

In the international version of QuickBooks, the accepted cards are MasterCard, Visa, and AMEX. You can use any of the cards to renew your subscription to continue accessing your account. Let me guide you on how to update your card information.

When updating your payment information, you need to be the Master Administrator or Company Administrator and you need to do it using a web browser. 

Here's how to update: 

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the Toolbar.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscriptions tab, then click Edit payment method.
  4. Choose your preferred payment method from the drop-down menu. 
  5. Fill in all the necessary fields making sure all information is accurate.
  6. Hit Save.
