This happens when you've installed the wrong printer driver. Let's go ahead and correct your default printer driver, then run some test printing.

Here's how:

  1. Choose File
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Choose Workstation.
  4. Select Documents & Printers.
  5. Click Print Test Page.
