It won't sign be in. It takes me to a blank page after login. My internet connection is good.

When I go back to login screen, it says 'signing in' and my login name and there's a continue button underneath, but it never signs in.

That's an uncommon behavior. Were you able to log in using the mobile browser?

Let's try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Here's how:

iPhone

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap [Device] Storage.
  4. Select the QBO app.
  5. Tap Delete app.
  6. Tap Delete to confirm.

Android

  1. Open the Play Store app on your device.
  2. Open the Settings menu.
  3. Tap on My apps & games.
  4. Navigate to the Installed section.
  5. Tap the QBO app to remove.
  6. Tap Uninstall.

Reinstall the app and try to log in again.
