You might want to check the taxation method that was selected. This can affect the pension calculation on the employee’s payslip. If it’s still not calculating correctly after checking the settings, I’d recommend contacting the support team for further investigation:

  1. Click Help at the top. 
  2. Select Contact us. 
  3. Provide the brief explanation about your concern. 
  4. Click Let’s talk.
