Join nowThanks for posting in the Community, @Mayur527. I'd be happy to help you transfer the file into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In order to migrate the file, you'll first need to open it up in a version of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). I'm including an article which walks a user through the migration process, as well as providing information on how the data is converted: Convert QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online. Additionally, you can locate free QBDT trial links and information on opening the file in the section: Step 1: Review some critical information before converting your file.
I'd like to take a moment to congratulate you on joining the QBO family. I want to ensure that you're getting the most out of the software for your business and am including a link to helpful resources: QuickBooks Tutorials.
Please don't hesitate to let me know should you have questions about transferring your data or anything topic. Cheering you to continued success.
Hi,
If you have the file saved in a USB and wanted to open it in QuickBooks Online, then here's the things you need to considered. Just follow these steps.
1. Get a copy of a QuickBooks Desktop Trial Version 2019 on this website and have it downloaded on your supported computer like Windows 7, 8, 10 " https://community.intuit.com/articles/1207255-quickbooks-desktop-trial-links "
2. Export your file from Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
Her's how.
