To rule out any browser-related issues, we can try logging into QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private or Incognito window.

If it works, clear the browser cache to remove the temporary files and to get a clean slate for your browser. Just follow the steps and details in this article: Delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser.

You can also use a different supported browser since every one of them uses a different cache storage folder on your computer.
