How do you change the default settings for transaction report? It is very tiring to have to remove "account" and "split" everytime i want to check my prepayment account.

Hi rms-accountant,

It's good to see you here in the Community.

You can customise the report and save the customisation. Then, go to the Custom Reports tab to view the report.

Here's how:

  1. In the transaction report, click the Customise tab.
  2. Go to Rows/Columns and uncheck columns that you don't want to show. (You can also go to Filter if you want to filter any information from showing.)
  3. Click Run report.
  4. Click Save customisation.
  5. Type a Custom report name.
  6. Click Save.
Click Reports on the left menu and select the Custom reports tab to view the customised report. Here's an article for more information about memorizing reports: How to Memorize Reports.

  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
