Since doing my taxes on TurboTax, Intuit won’t let me view my paystubs and I don’t know why?!

I need help with my account so I can log in and view my paystubs again please!!

You’ve come to the right place, jankoboss29

I’ll help ensure you’re able to view your paystubs.

Just to verify, are you an employer logging into the Workforce website? If so, you’ll need to have an active payroll subscription in QuickBooks Desktop although you’re doing your taxes in TurboTax.

If your payroll subscription isn’t activated, the Workforce service will not be available to employers or employees. This might be the reason you can’t sign into the website.

Workforce (formerly ViewMyPaycheck) is included in the cost of your payroll subscription so it is free. To help fix this, you’ll need to activate your payroll service. This way, you can view your paychecks in the website.

If your payroll subscription has been canceled, you’ll need to renew your payroll service.

Once activated or renewed, you’ll need to turn on Workforce for your company. Here’s how:

  1. Make sure your QuickBooks Desktop and payroll tax table are updated.
  2. Select the Employees menu at the top.
  3. Choose Manage Payroll Cloud Services.
  4. Click the ViewMyPaycheck checkbox in the Payroll Cloud Services window.
  5. If prompted, create or confirm a PIN used to send payroll data.
  6. Choose Save Changes.
  7. Click Return To QuickBooks in the confirmation window.
  8. Next time you run payroll, upload your paycheck info to Intuit when prompted.

If you’re an employee logging into the Workforce website, I’d recommend verifying with your employer to see if you can use this service so you’ll be able to view your paystubs online.

People come to QuickBooks Learn & Support for help and answers—we want to let them know that we're here to listen and share our knowledge. We do that with the style and format of our responses. Here are five guidelines:

  1. Keep it conversational. When answering questions, write like you speak. Imagine you're explaining something to a trusted friend, using simple, everyday language. Avoid jargon and technical terms when possible. When no other word will do, explain technical terms in plain English.
  2. Be clear and state the answer right up front. Ask yourself what specific information the person really needs and then provide it. Stick to the topic and avoid unnecessary details. Break information down into a numbered or bulleted list and highlight the most important details in bold.
  3. Be concise. Aim for no more than two short sentences in a paragraph, and try to keep paragraphs to two lines. A wall of text can look intimidating and many won't read it, so break it up. It's okay to link to other resources for more details, but avoid giving answers that contain little more than a link.
  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
