Why was my Quickbooks enhanced payroll cancelled?

Your e-mail cancellation notification today said I requested cancellation.  I did not.  So why was it cancelled?

Let's check CAMPS first to see if your payroll subscription is canceled. Here's how:

  1. Go to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Log in with your Intuit account info.
  3. Select QuickBooks Desktop.

Once confirmed, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support to check your account further.

  1. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu. You can also press F1 on your keyboard.
  2. Give a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
  3. Select Message an Agent to chat directly, or Talk to a Specialist to arrange a callback.
