General journal entries made but money are not shown at the chart account of bank register.
I write a check in which is two accounts:
1) office equipment- fixed asset type $787.50; office supplies-expense type $210. In chart account of bank register only $785.50 is shown under office equipment account, the office supplies account shows nothing.
The same problem occurs at my capital account, I make a general journal entry for initial investment of $30,000. This amount is not shown under chart account.
Would you please assist me to correct it.
