Why is it pulling transactions from a bank account I have turned off?

Let me route you to our Product Support Team that can help you check why transactions was being pulled-up from the turned-off account.

Once you hide an account from your Bank accounts page, it should no longer show all the transactions from that account. 

To check what keeps the transactions from pulling-in from the bank account that you've turned-off, I suggest reaching out QBSE product support. They have the tools that can verify what causes this behavior in a safe and secure environment.
