Can’t open my account says that “we can’t find anyone with (my email)”. Contacted them, they tried to email me link to reset my password but didn’t received the email.
I subscribed QuickBooks on my iphone for a month. Suddenly I can’t login. It says that “We can’t find anyone with (my email address”. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the app many times. And I have cleared safari cache as well. I have contacted their technical team, they said I have to contact Ipad because my billing is under Ipad. The person also tried to email me the link to reset my password (twice!) but up till today I still didn’t receive any email. And yes, I have already checked my spam and junk box. How to resolve this problem? Anyone?
