Unable to connect bbva bank neither upload csv.
Well I have been trying to connect our BBVA NET CASH SPAIN account with my quickbooks to import bank transactions and start working but each time I do so it prompts me an error and states that qob has been unable to connect with the bank.
After several try's I decided to just import the CSV file containing all the transactions but even then it gives me an error saying invalid format while the file is CSV and downloaded directly from the bank in english language (Is there any specific requirement of display in the sheet for qob ?) .
So basically now i am stranded and unable to operate fully, So does any one know any fix to this matter.
Any recommendation or guidance will be very apreciated.
