What do I do when a customer paid with a debit card, and then suddenly decides they want to return the item, and get a refund?
We use Intuit Merchant Services, and a few times a customer has purchased an item and paid with their debit card, then suddenly a few minutes later they decide they don't want the item, and want a refund. What do we do in this situation, we could not figure out how to refund a debit card. This leaves us one option, to give the customer cash back. But is there some other way to handle this?
