Store Exchange account size limit exceeded

I am trying to do a file send store exchange and receive an error that the account size limit exceeded.  I have archived older records and still receive the message.

We currently have an ongoing issue when copying file to Intuit Service. There's an error detected and received this HQ error: Account size limit exceeded during Store Exchange. Our Engineering team is already aware of this issue and now working for a permanent fix.

Please contact our Product Support Team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. You'll then receive an email notification once we'll resolve the issue.
