I have QB Self Employed on my phone and want to terminate the subscription. How do I terminate my subscription when it doesn't show up as a subscription on my phone?

I think I did use a different email.  I have an iPhone.  How do I terminate the subscription when I used a different email?

Hello there, lurley,

If you remember the email address you used for the subscribed account, you can reset the password.

  1. Go here: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login
  2. Click the Forgot your user ID or password link.
  3. Enter the email address, and click Continue.

I also recommend contacting our QB Self-Employed support. We will be able to pull up your account and verify which account you'll need to cancel.

Here's how:

  1. Click Help at the top right.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Fill in Ask a question.
  4. Hit Start a chat.
