keep getting error 103. tried to add my bank account ABSA. all details are corrects but quick books keeps giving error even though i get bank log in sms confirmation.

I try adding my account and i get sms confirmation that there has been a log into my account but quick books then kicks it out with error 103 and says there are typos. i have done it 100% correct from mobile and pc and no luck.

You'll get this error when the login credentials in QuickBooks Online (QBO) don't match with your bank. Please make sure to type the username and password directly instead of allowing the browser to auto-fill the information.

Also, please ensure to select the correct bank's URL in the search field. Here's how:

  1. Click Banking on the left menu.
  2. Select Banking.
  3. Click Add Account.
  4. In the Search field, enter the bank's URL and select your bank.
  5. Enter your User or Login ID and password for the financial institution's website and select Continue.
  6. If you receive Error 103 again, select Go back, and repeat these steps by selecting a different bank name from the list.
