Export to TurboTax failed

My QB self employed data says it successfully was sent to TurboTax but no information has been exported when TurboTax is opened (web browser or mobile app). TurboTax support directed me to contact you.

To check your transactions that are exported, I suggest reaching out to QBSE support. They have the tools needed to check your account in a safe and secure environment.
