new version 2018 continues to ghost my inventory makes it unusable unless spend hours deleting duplicates

I am reaching out to whomever is responsible for our POS 2018 vrs system.  The new version since installed continues to ghost inventory even though we have deleted items time and time again! We have deleted items from all computers in use, which are 10 in total. We have installed and reinstalled everyone many times and are now starting over again! Every time we input new inventory which is everyday it takes hours and double the time because we have to go back and delete the duplicated ghosted inventory.  We have worked with Kumar in India since, June 2018, who evidently is the only programmer in the entire company that works with Intuit POS system.  He can't figure it out but that does not help us and it continues to do it!!!!  It is not working and we seem to be an isolated problem. Please get us help!!  I would appreciate an answer I think we have been patient enough and this big problem which needs to be solved in a timely manner. We were led to believe this problem would be solved and it is now past the 60 day return policy.  If we had known the system would be useless to us we would have never purchased!  Thank you for your help in this matter!

There's a need to look into your account details to identify what causes this issue, and for security reasons, we can't do such thing here in the Intuit Community forum. So, to isolate this matter, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Point of Sale Team. They have the tool to check your account and can help you solve this issue.
