How do i download a certificate once completed with a course?

I completed the QBO course and have downloaded the badge, however, I am receiving an error when I try to download the certificate.  I have changed browsers, cleared my browsers cookies and cache.  Any other suggestions?

Since changing of browsers and clearing your browser’s cache and cookies don’t work, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) Support Team. They have specialized tools to securely access your account and help determine why you’re still receiving an error. By doing so, they’ll be able to help download your ProAdvisor certificate.

Here’s how to reach out to them:

  1. Go to
  2. Under Additional resources, click Contact us.
  3. On the next page, click Need to contact Intuit Accountant Support?.
  4. Scroll down the page, then click Get Phone Number.
