I did not get the promised card reader when I started using GoPayment as advertised. I called and after being on the hold for 30 minutes was passed off to another Dept.

Why does QB not care about fulfilling their obligations time and time again?

I'm here to ensure you can check the status of the card reader that was promised when you subscribed to GoPayment.

After you've subscribed to QuickBooks GoPayment, you should receive a confirmation email. 

If you haven't received any confirmation email regarding the card reader, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Merchant Services Team. They have the tool to track the card reader and can assist you in creating an order if there are no shipment done.
