The good news is, you can run the following reports to see the data you need.
- Recent/Edited Time Activities
- Time Activities by Customer Detail Report
- Time Activities by Employee Detail Report
These reports provide details for products/services, time activities including hourly rate and duration. I’m happy to guide you through the steps.
Here’s how:
- Go to Reports on the left panel.
- Enter Recent/Edited Time Activities/ Time Activities by Customer Detail/ Time Activities by Employee Detail in the search field.
- Enter the correct date.
- If you want to refine the report, click on the Customise button.
