Hi. Our bank accounts don't update anymore (was working before, suddently stopped). Please fix this asap, as our accounting operations are a nightmare whitout sync. Tks.

Let's update the bank account so it can fetch new bank transactions.

To verify, are you getting an error or prompt in your banking page? May I know what's the name of the bank you're trying to update? It can help me check if we have a reported issue related to your bank.

To start with, let’s log in to your bank’s website. Check if there’s any notification that needs your attention. If all is good on your bank’s website, let’s log back in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a new incognito or in private browsing, and then edit the sign in information on the bank account connected.

To edit sign in info:

  1. Log in to QBO account.
  2. Click on Banking tab.
  3. Locate the bank account to update.
  4. Click the Pencil Icon for the bank you need to update.
  5. Click on Edit sign-in info.
  6. Enter in your bank’s log in credentials.
  7. Click Update.

And then, let's check if the bank updated. If the bank is still not updating, I recommend you to log in to QBO using a different browser like Google Chrome, IE, Safari and Mozilla Firefox.  And last, is to you clear your browser’s cache.
