Can you fix my bank connection. I keep getting an error and you sent email that it was fixed, unfortunately not the case

Bank feed connections are a useful tool in QuickBooks Online and I want you to be able to use it as you'd like. For bank feed errors, a good place to start looking for solutions is right here in the community. You can look up the message and/or error number you're seeing by using the search bar and you'll find an article explaining why the error occurred and how to fix it. Getting in contact with us, as it sounds like you've already done, is another great step. Since you're still seeing the error despite a message saying it was fixed, please try the troubleshooting steps again and then give us another call.
