I have been unable to export the T4 XML file from QB Online. I have 500+ T4s to export and every time I try I get a 504 Gateway Time-out error. Can anyone please help?
I have tried the following:
- exporting from the Desktop App & the Windows Online Program
- exporting it in several different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari)
- exporting it from 3 different computers on 3 different networks
- deleting cookies and clearing the cache on the browsers
- clearing app data in QB
- calling QB for support (Tier1 & Tier2) and to see if they can export it for me
Every time I get the same error. I'm told it has something to do with the network connection dropping before the process completes.
Any other suggestions?
