Currently, we've received reports regarding errors when updating the company name. Our engineers are already working to fix this. I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Team so they can add your profile to the list of affected users. They can give you updates about issue, too.
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
- Select the Contact us button and complete the process.
