Hello there, emaccollumcpa,

Thanks for being part of QuickBooks Online Payroll for Accountants.

I’m here to walk you through canceling your and your client's payroll subscriptions.

Here are the steps to follow:

For Client

  1. From the Clients List, click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Your Account.
  3. Under Wholesale clients, locate your client.
  4. From the Action column, click Select.
  5. From the drop-down menu, click Cancel Payroll.

For QBO Accountant

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
  3. From the left menu, select Billing & Subscription.
  4. In the Payroll section, click Cancel.
  5. Click Continue to cancel.
  6. Complete the short survey, then click Confirm cancel.
